This is a gorgeous property, the staff didnt miss a beat with service. I was so pleased.with everything. The food was exceptionally good with great service. The live music was impressive. As a solo traveler I often find larger resorts can be/feel quite isolated - Bambootel made every effort to make me feel welcome, couldn't do enough for me and very often we're happy to stand and have a conversation about my day etc... all the staff were fun, I'm very often quite inquisitive about my life rather than me asking questions about theirs all the time... 10 out of 10 for hospitality, couldn't have asked for a better service.

An absolutely stunning property! I woke up to the beautiful rice fields and was able to enjoy my morning coffee in a beautiful outdoor bamboo living room. It was unreal. I really like the indoor outdoor living. Beware there will be bugs. Hornets, bees, roaches, ants, and lizards. They clean daily which is nice. It’s in the middle of no where. They did an amazing job on my flower pool as well.

This was my absolute favourite stay in Bali. Bambootel is a luxurious, boutique, serene and romantic experience. They truly take care of you from start to finish, and they care about making your experience the best it can possibly be. They learn your names and make you feel like a VIP the whole time. We did the private movie and supper night, Balinese massages, and floating breakfast in our villa. All three were the epitome of extraordinary and special. I would highly recommend all three! Our villa was spotless and we were so pleased with the cleanliness. The restaurant had amazing cocktails and fantastic food. The resort feels extremely safe and like you are in a small little community away from the business of the world. Highly recommend this stay. Can't wait to come back someday!

I had an absolutely incredible time here! The staff was so attentive, kind and truly some of the best service I’ve ever had. I traveled solo and the staff was checking in on me as well as sharing more about themselves and their culture which was just so wonderful. The food is delicious, the gym was great for a quick workout and the airport transport made the experience so seamless. The actual architecture of the villas being made out of bamboo was just stunning as well as the views for the rice terraces. I also did a complimentary yoga class which the instructor was so patient and incredible as explaining yoga and the importance of it. I also arrived on the Thursday and did the cultural dinner which the traditional food was just delicious whilst seeing the traditional dancing. Lastly, the villas themselves are so well equipped with all necessary toiletries, towels, robes, comfortable beds, radio and all you could need to have a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Unique experience and relaxing feel. This is as close as you can get to nature while staying in a comfortable resort. During our stay we had a frog jump down from the ceiling of our bedroom on to my face, very exciting to say the least. Dining options is alright if your stay is short but longer than 3 nights can feel limited. The property condition feels a bit warn down maybe due to its location and condition it endures; our faucet was loose and sink with it’s connecting pipe was leaking for two days but it got really bad they had to come fix it. In addition, the pool heating didn’t seem to work properly and it was cold when we checked but they came to fix or turn it on. Would recommend if you don’t mind some of the down sides while enjoying the positives.

Unser Aufenthalt im Bambootel auf Bali war einfach fantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft merkt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail die gesamte Anlage gestaltet und gepflegt wird. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und harmonisch in die Natur eingebettet. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Lage mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die umliegenden Reisfelder und Palmen – ein echtes Highlight und einfach wunderschön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und werden mehrfach täglich sorgfältig gereinigt und liebevoll arrangiert. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und durchdacht, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Service ist herausragend. Das gesamte Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig – man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut. Auch kulinarisch ist das Bambootel ein echtes Highlight. Zwei Restaurants bieten eine hervorragende Auswahl an sehr leckeren Speisen. Besonders das Frühstück ist großartig: eine große Auswahl und man kann so viel genießen, wie man möchte. Der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich ist sehr einladend und perfekt zum Entspannen. Zusätzlich gibt es Yoga-Angebote, einen schönen Spaziergang zu den Reisfeldern sowie zwei Fahrräder inklusive Helm und Schloss zur Nutzung. Auch ein kleiner, aber gut ausgestatteter Fitnessbereich ist vorhanden. Die Pools sind sehr sauber & angenehm zum Abkühlen, auch wenn das Wasser etwas kühl ist. Wir können das Bambootel absolut empfehlen.
