This beautiful fully rehabbed condo is centrally located in a safe and quiet complex in the heart of Tampa, near North Hyde Park, University of Tampa, South Tampa Hospital, and Tampa Bay. Only Minutes away from Tampa Airport, I-275, downtown, Ybor, The Aquarium, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and a short drive across the bridge to all of the beaches! This was designed and professionally decorated in 2022 making you feel right at home. This condo features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with laundry room on site. This unit would be great for a long term stay or a short fun filled weekend. Inquire today!!

The owner provided great communication up front and it was an easy check in process. The property was very clean but some minor cosmetic nothing
