Girls Trip

The home was beautiful. The location was fantastic, we were always 10 miles at best from all the places we wanted to visit. The host always responded in a timely manner. The home met all expectations for all the guest.

This house is beautifully done from the indoor living to the outdoor living. Very clean and came with the all the essentials. I would suggest having plasticware rather than all glass options in the kitchen in order to take items out to the pool or the patio but otherwise they had everything you would need. The location was pretty good but just know you will need to drive everywhere, nothing within walking distance and the neighborhood seemed safe but some really run down areas and houses around. The roosters are definitely loud when outside but never could hear them when we were in the house. The pool temperature was perfect during our stay and we enjoyed that area of the property so much. The property owner was prompt to respond any time I reached out them before or during our stay.

Women’s Final 4

The property is outstanding and proximate to everything in Tampa. Enough space and more than enough to do. Our only issue was check in and check out. We had to wait to check in at 4pm when in the house rule paperwork checkin was listed at noon. This 4 hour gap caused us to travel throughout Tampa with a fully packed car and incur extra expenses.

Great Property!

We loved the house and availability to heat the pool. The neighbors on the other hand; one in the backyard had several roosters who are very loud, another had a dog bark several hours of the night. Nothing to blame the host for and thankfully inside the house was pretty quiet. Overall the house and host were great!

Super clean and everything we needed

Came to Tampa to visit family. Location was close to all our activities: CJ Newman Cigar tour and great restaurants (Flan Factory, Columbia Restaurant). Short drive to Busch Gardens- the highlight of our trip. House was just like the photos-super clean, everything we needed, kitchen for cooking. Room at dining table for all of us and open kitchen living area. Pool area was well set up for outside gathering. Even front porch was nice sunny spot for morning coffee. Lots of people walking dogs, some chickens in the neighborhood.

Be aware of the neighborhood, dogs barking and the Roosters!!

The house is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful visit. We paid to have the heater on for the pool, that was really confusing. The first two days it was not on but I was told it was so I still had to pay for it and after they actually turned it on they said it would run from noon to 7pm. We were okay with that because we were out sightseeing must of the days. It also has a waterfall, it came on and went off on all different times. The other thing is they have instructions of what to do when you check out hangs on the wall and also has a book stating what to do, they say different things. We always travel with a bag with emergency items trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and dry sheets. They wanted us to fill the dishwasher and run it, they had no dishwasher pods and no extra garbage bags. The last thing I want to do when I’m renting a house is go buy all the extras that should be provided. I would like to mention the neighborhood is not the best and you are surrounded by dogs barking, chickens and roosters nonstop. We are animal lovers so it didn’t matter to us but they should disclose this on the listing of this house.

Beautiful, large house, w/great entertainment options

Great clean home as described and pictures accurate. Nice outdoor space even though we did not get to use the pool, it was too cold. There is a fee to heat the pool which I do not mind but I thought 40 a day was a little too much considering we would only be in it a total of 3-4 hours. The great room was wonderful for everyone to be together. Kitchen had the essentials. THE ABOSOLUTE BEST PART OF THE HOUSE WAS THE OFFICE/GAME ROOM, Loved Galaga/Mrs. Pac Man game.

Great Stay

Great house, loud rooster next door

The house is great, clean, spacious with comfy beds and linens. The rooster next door crowed from 530 am to 730 pm- every day, obviously, not the fault of the owner of the rental property.
