Inside, this 1600-sq-ft home, built in 2009 and renovated in 2022, gives off a spacious vibe with 10-foot ceiling, renovated living spaces, and black accents throughout. Use our lightening-fast internet to work from home in one of the two desk spaces or stream your favorite sports game or latest movie on our TV with Chromecast. Sleep well on our premium memory foam mattresses (Nectar) in all rooms. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen or outside on the gas grill. Enjoy Florida's great weather on the lanai while eating a meal or relaxing.
