The Space:

You can stretch out, unpack, and feel the calm of a well‑laid‑out home base where group travel feels effortless. Evenings drift by on the patio, where fresh air and gentle breezes set the tone for relaxed gatherings.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a private full ensuite bathroom, giving every guest personal space and convenience. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided, so you can travel light and settle in quickly.



Living space

The open living area offers ample room for everyone to gather, whether you’re watching TV, sharing stories, or planning the next day’s adventure. A small patio just off the living room provides a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening conversation.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped for everyday cooking includes a breakfast nook and a separate dining area where meals can be enjoyed together. The layout keeps appliances, countertops, and seating close at hand, making simple breakfasts and easy dinners straightforward.



Work & laundry

An in‑unit washer and dryer add practicality for longer stays, while a dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi let you handle remote tasks or plan outings without missing a beat.

Conveniently situated in Lutz, the unit is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and Lettuce Lake Park. You’ll have easy access to both popular attractions and peaceful green spaces.

Families, larger groups, and guests planning extended stays will appreciate the privacy of individual ensuite rooms, the clear layout, and the range of shared amenities. The home is pet‑friendly and welcomes stays of 28 days or more, providing flexibility for a variety of travel needs.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
