Soft natural light pours through the living room windows, inviting you to unwind on the couch while the day stretches lazily outside. The open layout encourages conversation, yet each bedroom offers a private retreat for restful evenings. Here, the pace is easy, and the space feels ready for you to settle in and make memories.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and an attached full bathroom, giving every guest personal space and convenience. The home comfortably sleeps eight, with fresh linens and bathroom essentials provided.



Living space

The generous living area flows into the dining space and kitchen, creating a central hub for meals, games, or movie nights. A small patio off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equips you to prepare simple meals, with a breakfast nook and a separate dining area for casual or sit‑down gatherings. The layout makes it easy to share food and conversation throughout the day.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step beyond the unit to enjoy community amenities: a pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and shared grilling areas. A BBQ grill is available in the shared outdoor space, and the patio or balcony offers a quiet spot to relax.

A washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace keep daily life comfortable. Free, unassigned parking is provided in designated visitor spots, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Location

Located in Lutz, Florida, the home offers easy driving access to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The surrounding neighborhood feels calm and residential while keeping dining, recreation, and major roads within reach. Whether you’re exploring the Tampa area or simply enjoying time together indoors, this straightforward, comfortable space is ready for families or groups seeking a relaxed stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
