The space
Remote workers and long term stayers will love the fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, fast Wifi, and the designated work space with a desk.

Shared Wall: This apartment is a fully private space with private amenities, but due to the renovations it does share a wall, a locked door, and a backyard with the adjoining apartment.

Noise: Due to our close proximity to the stadium, there can be some noise, especially during game days or events. This location is perfect for sports or event enthusiasts looking to be near the action!

Transportation: While the neighborhood is not the most walkable, it's just a short drive or Uber ride away from downtown.

Safety First: We want to reassure our guests that, while the neighborhood is lively and bustling, we have had no safety issues and many of our guests have enjoyed their stay without any concerns. However, like any urban area, we always recommend being aware of your surroundings.

Up-and-Coming: The neighborhood is in a phase of growth and transformation. While it may come across as a "lower-end" area to some, we see it as a place full of potential and authenticity. You'll witness its evolution and development firsthand.

Parking: There are designated parking spaces available. You may also park on the street in front of the home, but please be courteous of the neighbors driveways.

You'll have full access to the apartment and backyard, where you can enjoy fresh mangos straight from our mango tree, depending on the season.

Our home is equipped with self check-in. To access the apartment, please use the main entrance in the front yard. This door is equipped with an electronic lock, and we will send you the keypad code personally before your check-in date. Enjoy your stay in our private oasis!
Other things to note
Our beautiful home comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two separate rooms. If you need extra space, we also have a cozy Cindy Crawford pull-out couch that can accommodate an additional two people in the living room.
