Great location!

What a great location! The unit was super clean and just the perfect amount of space for me and my husband. Just want to mention as well how comfy the bed and pillows were which is such a bonus when traveling.

Partial Refund for No Stay

We were planning to stay here for 1 night and we had stayed at these apartments a few times before. We arrived at 9:00pm to a dirty apartment--bed had been slept in, towels on the floor, bathroom dirty. We tried to contact the host to no avail. Then we spent 30 minutes on the phone with a VRBO agent and still had no where to sleep. We finally had to hang up so we could find a place to sleep. After hours on the phone the following days, VRBO has issued a partial refund. So even though we had the additional expense of finding a place to sleep late at night, VRBO will not give us a full refund.

I didn’t actually stay here, because the listing did not mention there was no elevator and my husband just had surgery and can’t carry anything up stairs. The apartment also had dirty footprints on the floor and smelled like sulfur and cleaning products. I attempted to contact the owner repeatedly after my initial call to let him know I would not be staying and he did not respond. He did however tell VRBO that he spoke with me and refused my refund so now I’m fighting with VRBO to get my money back. I had to get another place and spent the whole weekend trying to get someone to respond to me about my refund. Ruined my vacation.
