The property includes a spacious 6-bedroom main house plus a beautiful new-construction 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house.



Having two separate homes makes this setup perfect for large families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, sports groups, and multi-generational vacations. Everyone can vacation together while still having extra privacy and space when needed.



Between the two homes, you’ll have two fully equipped kitchens, multiple living spaces, Smart TVs throughout, and plenty of room for your entire group.



🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The main house offers spacious sleeping accommodations throughout:



Primary Bedroom: 2 King beds + private attached bathroom

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed

Kids’ Bunk Room: 4 Full-size beds

Bedroom 4: 1 King bed

Bedroom 5: 1 Full bed. This is the room that goes up from bedroom 5 into Bed 6 which is the Upstairs Loft Sleeping Area: 2 Full-size beds. There is no door between bedroom 5 and 6. Please note you must walk through bedroom 5 to get to loft area (bedroom 6)



The separate new-construction guest house includes:



Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed + pull-out Twin bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed



Every bedroom features a Smart TV, giving guests their own space to relax and stream their favorite shows after a full day of fun.

Other Things to Note:

Pool Information The pool is heated for your enjoyment at no additional charge and is typically set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Please note that because the pool uses a heat pump, water temperature can vary based on weather conditions. During cooler weather, the pool may not reach the set temperature as heat pumps warm the water relative to the surrounding air. Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed and weather related fluctuations are not eligible for refunds. Our professional pool team services the property every Monday and Thursday. There is no pool light. There is no hot tub or jacuzzi. the pool area that could be mistaken for a hot tub or jacuzzi is not heated and does not have jets. it is just an extension of the pool.



Sports Court Flood light automatically turns on between 7:00 pm - 11:00 am.



For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



The TVS are smart TVs so you may login with your own apps. We do not provide any logins for apps or cable television.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



The garage has been converted to living space so there is no parking in the garage.
