Our stay was great! Lovely property and the hosts were very communicative. Heated pool on the property, view overlooking the ocean, apartment was clean and beds were comfy.

Fun-n-Sun host made this unit welcoming and relaxing for our trip from the cold weather to the warm late February Florida sunshine. It was convenient to the airport (either Tampa or PIE), easy drives to sightseeing and Spring training baseball games, and nice evening sunsets and beach fire pit. The bed was very comfortable and host ensured the light was on when we arrived after midnight. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the mornings and happy hours at sunset. Great views of Old Tampa Bay. Small bar/restaurant on site for those lazy days. Definitely recommend this unit!

Great stay

My son and I stayed here for the week. The condo was just as described. The owner was great and very quick with any response or questions we had. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Only negative was the elevators were a little slow. Would stay here again in the future for sure.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a quick couple nights. It is a lovely room with a great view. I really enjoyed sitting at the table and working all day being able to look out at the sparkling water. We didn’t use the amenities much, but there was a good looking pool with a nice looking pool bar and a sand volleyball court. No actual beach because you’re on the bay. I appreciated having a tea pot in the kitchen, and there was also a keurig. We don’t have any issues, but the owner was very responsive and friendly with any questions. I would not want to stay here with more than 2 because there isn’t really a place for more than 2 people to comfortably hang out. Instead of a couch in the living room, there is a queen size bed. I liked it because that’s where we slept so we could see the bay, but if I wanted to relax with a group of people, there isn’t much inside space. That being said, if I travelled just my husband, I would definitely stay here again.

The property refused entry to the Uber vehicles we utilized to get around Tampa. We could not unload our suitcases on the property or groceries ordered on Instacart. Everything had to be walked in from the street leading up to the guard gate. We also found it inconvenient to have a queen sized bed in what we considered the living room. We would have appreciated a couch and comfortable chairs. The elevator was also extremely slow. We did appreciate the view and the balcony.

My Happy Place

I stayed at this place for 4 days and I really didn't want to go back home. I felt like hime. Its very cozy has a wonderful view. It is very close from everything. I love that the airport was only 7 minutes away. I would definitely go back and stay in this place again.

The room was very clean, tidy awesome view of the bay nice beach area to lay out in the sun and the dock to go onto the water. Very quiet and peaceful was very relaxing and great time.

Wonderful property with amazing view

My wife and I were staying there while my wife had a medical procedure. The property had everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and emailed us to check in and make sure we were settled in and offered to answer any questions we had. The coffee maker at the property uses K-cups, which is not listed but thought it was good to note. The winter sunset on the bay was gorgeous from the balcony. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking.
