Home has been totally Renovated. Beautiful Kitchen and Mother in law home in back. 3 min. from Hard Rock Casino & Amphitheater Florida State Fairgrounds. Close to busch Gardens. Peaceful Neighborhood. Front and Rear Deck to enjoy yourself outside. 3 acres of land in the back to enjoy. Kids will love it!


The property has been beautifully renovated and is tucked away on a private, secluded street surrounded by 3 acres of peaceful land—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We love setting up a tent out back and enjoying cozy evenings under the stars.

For a bit of fun, guests can enjoy a private 7-hole mini golf course and an arcade game inside the home—great for making memories with family or friends. Whether you're soaking in nature or enjoying indoor entertainment, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and play.

NOTE: There is a trailer at the back of the house that is a separate unit.

The rental was clean and spacious. Communication with manager was quick and helpful! I will definitely book again. The putt putt retreat was fun for all. The water has a slight sulfur smell which is due to presence of natural hydrogen sulfide gas in the underground aquifers. Overall we had an awesome stay!

Bad Communication with Host and False Advertising

Very disorganized host. Our itinerary said we had an 11am check out. Then the day of check in he told us check out would be at 10am. This is false advertising. I was deciding btw two VRBOs and had the host been honest on the advertisement, I would have stayed elsewhere. When I told him I would like to stick to the timeline I paid for and we had originally agreed upon, he never admitted fault or apologized. When I pushed further that my group should not be punished for a mistake he made, he told me "he would talk to his team and get back to me," then he ghosted me. He did not attempt to resolve his problem whatsoever. My group didnt know what to do since we had not heard back from him & begrudgingly, we were preparing to leave at 10. At 10:10am when we were on our way out, I got a call from him asking why we were still there. I told him we were leaving but I was disappointed in the experience. After we were already 15 mins down the road, he texted and said, "we could stay until 11" Not sure why he waited until we already left to resolve the problem. Also, there are no pigs on the property even tho they are advertised. I also asked him about the pigs in advance but got no reply. Even if he fixes these advertisement errors, I dont think he has strong communication or conflict resolution skills to be a good host. For a smooth trip I would suggest staying elsewhere. Also, the hot tub water was green, so we chose not to use it.

Great Place for Soccer Stay

Hosts were very responsive and proactive and helpful in the best way. The location is very convenient to the Sportsplex. Restaurants and grocery are nearby. Putt Putt yard was a huge hit with the boys. House was updated and clean and bedrooms and baths were large and comfortable. Stayed cool in the heat. Worked out very well for our stay and needs.Only small drawbacks were chickens at a nearby house that were awake early, lacking in a few kitchen basics (pots and pans), and 4th bedroom is actually separate from the main house which is fine other than entry is through primary bedroom and takes a bit of planning. Overall a great experience and would stay again!
