Very convenient for moving our daughter into the University of Tampa. Great pool and outdoor area. Used the BBQ every night, it was a very nice house.

Best Host Ever

A Co-worker and I were in the area for a conference and decided not to be stuffed up in a hotel and stayed here instead. The stay was great, the house is great, it is very roomy with plenty of room for everyone to have a quiet place if needed. The Host is great, this is the first place I have ever stayed where I didn't have to reach out for check in information, this was provided to me at the day before. They also checked on us the first two days to make sure we didn't have any needs that they could help with. What sets them apart from anywhere else i have stayed is that we did have an issue with our stay; however, this was out of anyone's control. We paid for the hot tub/pool to be heated and on the second day when we went to get into the pool it was very cold. I contacted them and they responded right away (as usual) and tried to correct the issue. But the issue just got worse from there the hot tub lost all water and the pool pump sounded odd, I contacted them right away and they sent someone out. Unfortunately, the issue never got any better it just seems to get worse ending with the pool water level being very low. On the third day I did request a refund on the charge for heating the pool and within 5 min they responded and refunded the charge.

Best place I have ever stayed in Tampa. Excellent, high end house with a perfect location. Enjoyed it completely.
