The house was nice but was a little outdated and several issues arose showing the house was in disrepair. Upon check in even though I paid extra for the pool and spa to be heated, the heat was not working. After a couple days they sent a repair person who said a switch was broken. So we didn’t have use of the pool for 2 and 1/2 days.The toilet in master ran slow and had to be repaired. A plumber had to tear out the toilet. The shower faucet in the master did not work well and ultimately stopped working by the end of our trip.The grill they advertised was old and was in disrepair; only 1 of the 3 burners worked. And there were no grill tools. The remote for fan in living room did not work The remote for fan in the master bedroom stopped working( Iassume a battery issue but not sure) The dishwasher does not clean dishes well - it seems old and may need to be cleaned. The property management company (Emporer) said they would work with me after the trip on some reimbursement given all the problems. I spoke to them one time after the trip and they said they had to discuss the amount of reimbursement with superiors. Then they never called back. They never responded to my calls or messages. They have totally ghosted me. And VRBO also tried to contact them and they didn’t respond to VRBO. Very disappointed and cannot believe how unprofessional this company has acted.
