Lutz Executive Lodge
Spacious, lodge-like home with a screened-in patio looking out over a wooded front yard full of greenery and a back screened lanai overlooking the pool, hot tub, lake, fire pit and a big yard for playing Frisbee, croquet, corn hole, or badminton... all available to guests. The home has two levels with a balcony suite, the music suite, the yoga guest room and 1.5 baths upstairs. The master suite is downstairs and opens up to the back lanai. The master bath has a large tub, 2 sinks and a 2-person shower. We are in a prime location: 10-20 minutes to Publix, convenient stores, the Premiere Outlet Mall, Advent Center Ice Rink, County & State Parks, Advent Health Hospital, the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Wiregrass Mall, Grove movie theater, and restaurants galore! Thirty minutes to Tampa Airport, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City & the BUCS Stadium. Less than an hour to the beaches, the Greek town of Tarpon Springs, Tropicana Field (Go Rays!), St. Pete, Clearwater and more.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
