Sleeping arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest a personal space to relax and refresh. The beds are dressed with fresh linens and essentials, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep for up to eight guests.

A generous living area anchors the home, flowing naturally into the dining space and kitchen. Large windows frame views of the gated community, and a cozy sofa invites you to gather for movies or quiet conversation. A TV provides entertainment for relaxed evenings.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for simple meals, from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. A dining table seats the whole group, and a coffee nook offers a peaceful spot to start the day. A washer and dryer are tucked nearby for the convenience of longer stays.

Step out onto a small patio or balcony for a breath of fresh air, or head to the shared community pool and gym for a splash or workout. A BBQ grill and common outdoor areas are perfect for grilling under the Florida sun. Walking and biking trails, a basketball court, clubhouse, and lounge round out the amenities available to guests.

High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay productive, whether you’re handling remote tasks or planning your next adventure. The smart lock provides seamless self check‑in, and free parking in visitor‑labeled spaces is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Nestled in a quiet residential community in Lutz, the home is minutes from USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks. Major roadways nearby simplify trips into Tampa or explorations of the surrounding area, giving you easy access to the region’s top attractions.
Access & parking
You will have exclusive access to the entire unit and the shared community facilities. Parking is free on the premises, with visitor spaces allocated for guests.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
