Two car garage and room for parking another two cars on the driveway. All concrete construction, hurricane proof with hurricane rated building components. 17 minutes drive to the airport, 5 minutes to citrus park mall, 20 minutes to downtown tampa, less than 5 minutes drive to high end restaurants, enjoy hiking on tampa pay trail which is just across the street.
