hard to contact if you check in after 5pm. i didn’t get any contact by email or message before check in, but they saying i should find information from their email, no email at all, we arrived, nobody in the front desk, and we called 4 times then get the human hold the phone, she admitted they didn’t email before we come, i can not imagine if at that time my phone off, what can i do. Check out time is 11am but at 10:40 a man stepped in our room without any permission, i don’t think this is right. I didn’t get any apologies from him.
