Whether you're on vacation with the family, or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! Just 10 minutes away from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, University of South Florida, University Mall, Publix, and movie theater. Also, 20 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium, Channelside, Cruise ports, University of Tampa, Curtis Hixon Park, Hyde Park, Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach.

You can use the whole house. Back yard and front yard. All yours, only space I ask not to park is on left side of the driveway due to a tenant separate at the far back of the house.

The space includes amenities such as: relaxing outside with a hockey table, foosball table, a trampoline, cornhole boards, board games, a Smart TV 60 inch inside and 55 inch outside, 2 rooms with TVs, fully equipped kitchen, and High Speed Internet. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water kettle, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The cozy living room features a heating fireplace.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed.. my only complaint would be that the beds were pretty uncomfortable but we made it work

This house was conveniently close to Busch Gardens and Zoo Tampa. We could have used a few more hand towels, dish towels, and a box of tissues; but overall the experience was just enough for us.

Cozy home with essentials

Family & I (2 toddlers) stayed for a long weekend at the property. It had everything we needed for a home away from home. Lots of TVs, great internet, cool AC. The bathroom made a constant noise but we just closed the door. We liked the carport for parking out of the summer sun. Location was a bit concerning but it was an established neighborhood and no one bothered us. Would possibly consider staying again.

Nice family home for spring break fun.

Nice home close to bush gardens. Bathroom could use some work. Water kept draining slow & there was a sewage smell that lingered. Otherwise great stay. Renters out back kept to themselves. No bugs or pests that we saw.
