Everyone at this hotel was so incredibly friendly and hospital. The food was AMAZING. We ate at a few other places around town but quickly realized the best food was right on our door steps. We were here on our honeymoon and they put us in a very nice private room. We could not be more happy with our time there. Our bartender Andy was awesome, helpful and lots of fun. Thank you for making our honeymoon that much more memorable.
I expected more, it is neither good nor bad, it is in line with the prices of other hotels advertised in the area, the parking is far from the rooms and has a stone street that makes it difficult to transport the luggage, just enter one and tells you don't consume water from the rooms, the restaurant is being advertised as authors cuisine presents very expensive and unappetizing options, is always empty and closes very early. The towels are old worn and frayed, they offer complimentary coffee in the rooms but it is a coffee that although it is of good brand is not of good quality because it tastes ugly. It is worth noting that the parking is safe, the facilities are in good condition, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.
We enjoyed our vacation in this hotel that is Located front beach, in front of a small supermarket. Great restaurants walking distance. The hotel has a yoga studio which is front beach lessons are given on a daily basis. The my treated us really good and did a room upgrade for free. We recommend this place in Santa Teresa.
One of the few beach front Hotels in the Area. Located in a Beautiful Beach, it has Gardens and 2 Pools. It is Perfectly located near restaurants and supermarkets. Its the perfect place to stay with friends or family.
Very good place to stay everyone was friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant everyday the coffee was awesome. I have nothing bad to say will come back. The beach is right it front, I had a surf lesson in front of the hotel. I had a great message. Just watch out for the speeding moto's on the Main Street. Lots to do in Santa Teresa, the restaurant's are a little pricey.
Excellent hotel. One of only a few that are directly on the beach. With lovely large clean rooms, and fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant in the hotel, and many other great places to eat nearby. Also 30 seconds walk from multiple surf rental shops with board rentals for $10 for 24 hours. Perfect for us! Would fully recommend for those looking to enjoy the beach (sun + surfing) and local restaurants.
We loved our sea facing bungalow. This is a very well designed hotel with lovely yoga facilities, a great pool and a restaurant which is a real highlight. Warm, helpful and highly professional staff throughout
The staff made our stay at Tropico Latino memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. We did not have a bad meal! The hotel is centrally located and you can walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
Beach house accomodation was wonderful! When not booked out for a family- they split the two rooms up for 2 couples only with access to their own private pool. We were there for 3 nights in low season and only had one other couple there for one night. It was pure magic having the pool, outdoor seating area with water views and fam above you, access to 2 yoga classes a day and a day spa for massages and scrubs/ wraps etc on offer at any time. It was wonderful in rainy season and would definitely recommend going there in the future as the grounds really lush.
This place is a very cool hotel that has vintage style and charm. The Rooms are cabins with big patios, hammocks, chairs and table. The room we had was very large with two queen beds and a twin. A family with 2 or 3 kids could be quite comfortable, steps to beach, plenty of space. It offers the best of vacation home rental and hotel stay at a very reasonable price. We booked same day thru Expedia. The desk clerk said we were upgraded to a room farther from the road and parking lot. This means less noise and dust, and better security. Our room was old, but good. The style is classic local wood working craftsmanship. The closer to the beach the cabins are newer and more expensive. I loved keeping our surfboards in the room. I appreciate the safe and umbrella in the room. If I wanted a surf vacation with my wife and young kids, this would be a very reasonable and fun place to stay. The surf here can be small and gentle or quite big. It was off the charts huge while we were there. Use caution and stay safe!
