Private luxurious home located two blocks from Playa Langosta and five minutes to the town of Tamarindo. It sleeps eight, with two king-size, one queen and two single beds.

The home is built in the style of the homes found in Granada, Nicaragua, wherein the rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard with pool in the colonial style. This makes for a beautiful home, and at the same time very private and secure.

The home has 4 bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, wireless internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, TV, stereo hookup for an iPod, microwave, propane stove, comfortable furniture, and a large garage.

The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, with a supermarket and nice restaurants within walking distance.

Most importantly the beach with a nice surf break is only 2 blocks away!!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
