"Embrace the Pura Vida lifestyle at our family-run Villas at Playa Avellanas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica."

Each Villa is equipped for groups of 4 to 6 people. Our 4 independently bookable Villas offer the perfect setting for private family or business gatherings.

We are within walking distance of the stunning white sand beach of Avellanas.

Our free private parking accommodates 2 cars per Villa, illuminated by solar lights and private cameras for security. From here you enter the area of ​​4 Villas surrounding our beautiful saltwater pool.

Our garden is a mix of colors of nature in the rainy and dry season. An old Guanacaste tree is providing just the right amount of shade to keep the pool at a cool temperature.

Howler monkeys often come to look for mangos and flowers in our neighborhood. Beautiful Hummingbirds of any color you can find, as well as dragonflies over the pool.

We are a family of a German wife living Costa Rica since 1989 and husband from Costa Rica and a son born here. Please do not hesitate to ask us about tours our friends offer like:

The location has since been fixed but when we arrived to the property expecting a beachfront property, 2 min walk to the beach, it was actually a 20 min walk or drive nowhere near the beach. What sounds like a private home is actually 4 small villas in one compound with a shared pool. The living area has see through curtains so there is no privacy. The cleanliness of the unit was very bad. Hairs all over the bed sheets. The one couch in the living room was so grimy we had to put a bedsheet over it to sit on it. We ended up leaving early and booking another property. The host was not willing to offer any remedy and just stopped all communication. Terrible stay and host. Only positive was the family of monkeys that were hanging out in the mango tree above the property.
