Welcome to our unique villa, perfectly situated right in the heart of town, just steps away from Tamarindo's best bakeries, night market, and restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of everything at your fingertips while still being only a pleasant 10-minute stroll from the beach.


++++ATTENTION+++ Right now Guanacaste area is experiencing a big drought and lots of wild fires in the surrounding areas of town. Water shortages are very likely, all properties have reserve water tanks but we count on the city to keep the supply and tanks full. Keep it in mind while traveling between March - Sept 2024 thanks

The villa is located on a small gated community of 10 villas and its is super quiet always. Around you will find some of the best bakeries in town, gym, night market on Thursdays and a small super market.
All restaurants, nightlife and shops are within 5 mins walk and beach no more than a 10 min walk
Nestled within a gated community, our villa offers both security and serenity. Take a dip in the inviting pool area or relax in the comfort of your own private rancho, complete with outdoor seating for al fresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee.

Inside, you'll find a master bedroom boasting a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom for added luxury. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and ample closet space. With a dining table for six and a full sofa bed in the living room, our villa comfortably accommodates groups or families of all sizes.


Liberia airport is only 1 hour and 20 mins away, we can arrange private transfers. You can get around walking or renting a car or golf cart.
