Location is absolutely perfect. Hosts are available and deal with issues very promptly. We were able to get into the condo early the morning we flew in and that was so very appreciated. Condo is spacious and well stocked. Loved the cooler and beach chairs too! Walls are a bit thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but it didn't bother us. Would highly recommend.

Great property. Location is excellent with a good pool and easy access to the beach. Management company was very responsive. My only recommendation is to update the mattress in the master bedroom. It's fine but definitely slopes to both edges.

Sunrise 2

The condo was super convenient, clean, and the pool with the waterfall was a big hit with the kids. Being located in a different area for us it gave a chance to try new restaurants. Tamarindo is an awesome place to explore!!

Short Walk across the street to the beach

My family of four had plenty of room in this clean, spacious condo. We very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Fabulous condo, great location!

Loved staying at Sunrise Condos. Right across the street from Tamarindo Beach, lots of great restaurants at this end of town and just a short walk to the busier downtown area. Couldn't have been happier with the condo, communication with the host and the area. Loved it!!

Great Stay

The location was perfect the beach was literally across the street .The condo was stocked with everything we needed.we had an issue with the coffee machine and safe it was dealt with right away. Blue zone was quick on answering all our questions and even helped with booking our tour Would definitely recommend this property

Arrival was super easy and straight forward. The place is close to and within walking distance to all amenities. Place is secure with friendly security on site. It was as described, with a large balcony overlooking the pool with extra beach chairs. The pool was great. Overall a great staywaa

Comfortable beach getaway

Great location with easy access to shopping and the beach. The condo was quiet and well stocked with all the amenities of home. The neighbors were welcoming and we felt safe within the gated community. We viewed some of the most spectacular sunsets I’ve ever seen from the beach right across the street.

Great stay! Great hospitality!

The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved the pool which was also in excellent condition. Communication was easy and had quick responses. Location was perfect everything was walkable and easy with children. Definitely 5 stars would stay again and recommend! Super appreciative.

Great location and pool

Location is excellent. Right in heart of Tamarindo. Check in had a couple of snafus so make sure you confirm location of unit prior. Clean, cute condo that was sufficient for our needs. Pool is fantastic for kids!

Great location in Tamarindo & easy to get to this condo, building right in front of entrance gate. Condo is older & air conditioning wasn’t very cool. But it served our purpose, nice touch that they had coffee & salt & pepper in the kitchen. Pura Vida

Great!

The condo was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed and the property managers were very responsive. Love that it’s right across from the beach. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed the waterfall. I would highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay

The property was just as described. Perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space, comfortable and all the amenities we needed. Pool is beautiful. Great location. The air wasn’t working in one bedroom and the management promptly came to fix it. We had an amazing time with Howler Monkeys in the tree. We would most definitely stay again at this property

Perfect Central Location

The Sunrise is a condo complex that is located right across the beach and is within walking distance of all restaurants in Tamarindo. There is a small grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away. The Sunrise #2 is a nice sized condo that would easily accommodate 6 people. It’s well appointed and tastefully decorated. Communication with owner/manager was prompt and courteous. Highly recommended.

Great spot for families in Tamarindo

We enjoyed this unit with our two elementary age children. There was plenty of space in the unit for the four of us and having the on-site pool was a major perk. It is right across the street from the beach, so we could go over there for a swim without taking any of our valuables and easily pop back and grab things as needed. I suggest bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as the noise from outside can be very loud. That isn’t to say you will find a quieter place in town, there is a lot going on day and night in Tamarindo.

Great location and clean condo. Everything was wonderful. Basics included! The only issue we had while there was the water pressure and the master bath shower head was broken. We used the guest shower and everything worked out great! Could have used an umbrella...(might be a good thing to add for guest use!) Overall would stay here again..and recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location

Right in the middle of town just walk out your door to the main road! The second floor residence provides privacy from the pool level but still great views of the pool. Furniture is newer. Beach chairs, towels and cooler are included. (Master bed is very firm.) Kitchens updated. Bathrooms could use renovation. Light sleepers might need a sound machine as the birds will wake you up at 5am. Overall a great spot!

Old buildings Sunrise #2

The guest toliet did not work did not drain. Bedroom TV to small and old the sound did not come out clear. No instruction to change from Spanish to English. There was so much construction noise and maintenance noise throughout the 12 days of our stay. The elevator did not work all the time. On our day of departure we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. No ice trays in the freezer to make ice. It is a good location to walk to all the store's and restaurant's, the beach is just across the street.

Getaway from the Cape

Overall the condo was as expected, with great balcony, roomy, comfortable sleeping, little amenities (like shower accessories, beach towels and kitchen supplies). We doo have suggestions which we believe would enhance the guest experience at little investment by the owner. These include: *Additional silverware - there were only 6 forks for example) *Wastebaskets in the 2 bedrooms *Additional bath towels and face cloths. There were only 4 bath towels and 2 face cloths for the 4 of us - and it was a 3 bedroom condo *A ceiling fan in the balcony. Looks like most other units have this. *A set of directions with general information, especially for the tv. This is the first time in a VRBO that didn't supply information. Had to ask for restaurant info, which Olber did supply, but shouldn't have had to ask. *Hints on how to get a taxi would be helpful *The shower floors were very slippery and dangerous. We mitigated it with dish towels on the floor, but especiaally with no grab bars, it is an accident waiting to happen *While the beach chairs were a nice gesture, they were practically inoperable. *Pool was murky much of the time. We acknowledge that there were a lot of kids using the pool during our stay, a little more attention could be given to this.
