Villa Almendro is located in Jardines de Palma Real in Hacienda Pinilla which is a 4,500 acre beachfront resort with 3 miles of coastline, multiple beaches with world-class surf breaks, beachfront club with pool, Mike Young golf course, tennis and pickle ball, and hiking and biking trails.
Here you can enjoy views of the lake and breathtaking sunsets while having cocktails on either the 1st floor or 2nd floor balconies. The villa opens up to a huge open floor plan with living area, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. The first floor has all glass doors that open from the kitchen, dining and living room to the BBQ area. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. Behind the kitchen is the closed off laundry room.
The ground bedroom has a king size bed, glass doors and en-suite bathroom. 2nd floor as the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, 2nd guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, glass doors, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet and 2nd living room area with large couch and TV and glass doors to balcony with lounging area.
Jardines de Palma Real is located just North of the JW Marriott Hotel and a short drive to the Beach Club, Playa Bonita, Playa Mansita and Playa Langosta - from here you can walk to Lola's and Playa Avellanas.
The villa is a 15-minute drive to Tamarindo, and only an hours drive from the International Airport in Liberia.

Costa Rica Getaway
The Hacienda Pinilla property is beautiful. The villa is exactly as pictured situated right on a small lake and very close to the community pool. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Location is about 15-20 mins drive to the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Great spot
Super clean. Everything worked. Great location. Couldn’t ask for more. Be sure and walk to Playa Bonita for sunset. 5 minutes to the most amazing sunset you will ever see.

Amazing condo that is simply beautiful and comfortable. It is a bit of distance to ocean so plan on driving to surf spots but other than that it’s amazing.

Excellent Property
We had a great stay in the property. It was very clean, well maintained and we loved it. Pool was great, 8 minute walk to the beach with some amazing sunsets.
Our only complaint is the road you have to go on to get to the property. It is terrible for about 5 minutes of the drive. You can do it in a 2 wheel drive, but it's in really bad shape.
The last day we were there, a troop of Howler Monkey were in the tree right off the balcony - just a few feet from us. It was awesome!
