Ocean view luxury condo in the heart of Tamarindo.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place within steps from the beach, restaurants and bars dynamic Tamarindo has to offer. You also have easy access to this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom unit located on the 5th floor unit by elevator and guests enjoy the underground parking for their vehicle. The condominium has a common pool for our tenants and a BBQ area which could also be accessed by guest with prior notice. The ocean views and the modern lay out and finishings make this place special!!!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

We loved our time in Tamarindo. The condo has a spectacular wall of windows in the spacious living room and dining room. The view of the ocean is breath-taking. Such an amazing way to start each day. The unit has windows on all sides, which is a real treat. The condo was clean and has a convenient location. The only downside to the central location is the condo is in the heart of the club district so the noise from the clubs can be heard in the condo at night. We got used to it but it is an unfortunate drawback.

shout out to management. excellent communication and response to any issues , the unit is in the center of town walk to beach in a couple minutes.and somme of the best. restaurants Tamarindo has to offer. great ac , and very clean . this is definitely city living. close top night life and restaurants. can get loud due to bars and traffic. great location for the right traveler. .
