Spacious balcony, with plenty of outdoor seating. Professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo.Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.





The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Plasma TV in the family room, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a full bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



There is an Inside utility room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.

Beautiful Condo across the street - Diria Resort

We enjoyed our stay. I did not realize the condo was across the street. The Diria resort is on the ocean, however some of the properties are across the street. The condo was exactly as described otherwise. I did report the master shower was not working properly and I did not get a response. The property was beautiful.

The apartment has an optimal location right in the middle of Tamarindo. Kitchen was very well equipped. One of the toilets was not properly cleaned before we arrived, but besides that, everything was great.

Every small detail is considered in this condo. There was absolutely nothing that was missing. All dishes, glasses, silverware more than enough for any situation. Home away from home. Ease of check in is amazing- same for check out. Condo in excellent clean condition. Pool facilities excellent location perfect I cannot rate this condo highly enough a look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Rental

This VRBO was perfect in every way. Easy check in. The location- dead middle of town and walkable to everything. Beautiful and clean condo with everything we could need! Very thoughtful additions like beach chairs, cooler, and Bluetooth speaker. The pool is incredible with a great swim-up bar. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we return to Tamarindo if we can.

We loved staying at the condo, it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The pool in front of the condo is amazing and the walk to the beach could not be easier. The safe did not work and should be looked into by the management company. My only suggestion would be to have some information available to guests (map, restaurant recommendations, rules within the resort and what is accessible). We loved our stay and would definitely stay in this condo again!

This is a spacious condo with a great location. We enjoyed the pool with swim up bar very much. The pool was the nicest of the Diria property including the hotel. There is gated parking with a 24 hour guard.

The prosperity and most of all the management company far exceeded our expectations and hopes! Everything is extremely easy to get to and any questions we had were quickly answered by the team. Great condo

The listing and the pics were pretty accurate. The condo was clean and kept up well. It was close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They worked around our early arrival and somewhat late checkout. The concierge did a good job of handling our requests. If you want to visit Costa Rica, I would definitely recommend d this place for your stay.

Great room, clean and convenient location

The renting process was easy and managers were helpful. However, once we got to the property we had a very difficult time getting help from anyone. People didn’t respond to our email requests and questions at all or for a long time. Once we were there, we felt abandoned and didn’t know how to get help with anything. That didn’t feel comfortable for us as we had our kids with us. Thankfully we survived on our own and didn’t have any emergencies or big issues. If we had we had no idea what we would do. It would have felt better for us if we had someone that was helping us once we arrived at in the country. This was the first time we took the kids to another country and we felt uneasy not having someone to help us while there. I would like to see improvements in this area if we were ever to book with you again. I’m only saying this to help improve the process.

Amazing condo, perfect location!

We could not have been happier with our experience here! The condo is beautiful and so we’ll appointed. All of the little extras really made our stay so enjoyable (beach chairs! Coolers! Lovely shampoos and other toiletries!) And the location is amazing. The condo is located towards the back of the Diria property, overlooking the lagoon pool and it’s breathtaking at sunset. The ocean is a two minute walk through the open air hotel lobby and everything you could need in town is within five minutes. The property owners are kind and attentive. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful condo with fabulous pool and great location across from beach

We had a fabulous 8 days in this lovely 2 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. It was clean and had everything you could need with full kitchen. The pool was the best part for our 3 young kids. They okayed for hours in the pools. We ate and drank at the swim up bar a few times. The kids (4,6,8 years old) went to kids club one day and had a great time crafting and playing. The location is quiet but in the heart of Tamarindo and we walked across to the beach daily and to dinners and shopping. The only downside I would say is the pool area and decks could be kept a bit cleaner. As well, the check in process wasn’t very clear about how to find the parking entrance and what to do in that first arrival day. This was a great stay and I would go back again and recommend to others.

This location was great! It was close to a beautiful beach and walking to many restaurants and grocery stores. We come to Costa Rica / Tamarindo every year since last 6 yrs. This was one of the nicest apartment. Conveniently located in Tamarindo with close access to various restaurants, shopping, beach & massages. Swimming pool one of the best. Very clean and the location is the best. On a quiet road that also happens to be 5 minutes from the center of Tamarindo. Pool and setting is immaculate and very pretty! After the beach we celebrated happy hour in the pool... great bartenders, music and drinks.
