Each morning you’ll find yourself a short stroll from Tamarindo’s vibrant town center, charming boutiques, exceptional restaurants, and lively nightlife are all within walking distance. When you return home, you’ll feel worlds away in our secure, gated complex. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the large communal pool surrounded by lush garden views, or  the well-appointed gym. The outdoor BBQ kitchen, shaded by tropical foliage, is perfect for evening gatherings under the stars and your reserved parking space is just outside your unit. We are always here to help with any inquiries and offer concierge services! We can help you with recommendations of where to eat, what to do, connect you with professional tour operators, etc. We are available when you need us but we respect your peace and stay behind the scenes. We are here for you throughout your stay!

Although this property is in very close distance to all amenities of town, a golf cart or car rental is recommended. All homes with fantastic views like these are positioned on the hills of Tamarindo. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area! We are happy to help assist with a rental. •⁠ ⁠No more than the registered # of guests
- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
•⁠ ⁠Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
