Clean and quite hotel, the sea is nearby and the breakfast was great

Nice hotel . Quite. The spa is ok. In the dead sea is one of the best

The food was delicious and the beach is beautiful!! We had a grand time

They write that they have a hamam (Turkish bath) but we learned from the hotel that it is only available Friday and Saturday

The location, a short walk to the dead sea, spa, WI-FI connection and food were the best. Cleaning staff need some improvements. Room was not clean properly.

It’s a modern faculty Nothing else to it Pools shut down at 6pm nothing else to do but dinner And after dinner is sleep time

Well, it started when they desk charged us a different rate that we booked. They said I booked a room for two, when I didn't, and since I was standing there, alone, it was clear there was no mysterious second person. It is always unfortunate when the hotel blames Orbitz and Orbitz blames the hotel...to my knowledge I never got the promised refund for the difference. The staff was surley. Everyone. The bar guy tried to pass of someone's rejected drink to me, but luckily my friends had seen it returned, after the woman drank from it and found it wanting. The towel people were annoyed. The only exception was the manager of the dining room who was helpful and pleasant. The food was ok, but the cost of dinner was nuts. Finally, and I know this is a cultural thing, but there seemed to be lots and lots of unattended children screeming in the halls and running through the dinning room. Not the place to go to relax. Oh, and my friends rooms really smelled

Rooms are old and dirty and when u walk out from your room in to the hallway elevator u can't breath no air condition

First, let me mention that hotels in Israel are overpriced. This one is also overpriced. One should not expect the servie to correspond to the price paid. Accepting this bitter truth, one can enjoy his stay in this hotel. The only thing I mst warn you: lower your expectations for the food. It is OK, but not great at all. The problem is that there is no good restaurants nearby so the tourists are practically forced to eat whatever they serve there.

Room was not ready had to wait 45min.... Bathroom was dirty.... One of the beds had sand on it.... The outside of room had towels that was left.... Not happy I wish I could get a refund...

Hotel was great, room was nice and clean. Great View. The emenities were nice. What your bills. I was charged a VAT tax and I'm not a citizen of Israel.

It was for my honeymoon, we requested for them to do something "special"; they didn't do anything.. Not a big deal.. But when I went to go out my head on the sheet to lay down, there was spots of blood on our sheets!!! It took them about 45mins to send someone up, then another 20mins to come back to put a new sheet on the bed. In the morning I realized that the shower had a leak, so we asked to change rooms, they gave us a room without air condition. When I called to complain, the girl said that every room in the hotel was having that problem.. In the morning at breakfast, I asked two other couples that said that their air was working just fine. After speaking to a manager, they switched us yet one more time, and again.., no a/c. This place was the worst experience that I've ever had!!! I will never go back there!
