This is a shame that this beautiful resort is filthy beyond words, especially a sauna and massage areas where more attention is needed due to germs. All glass windows (rooms, hallways, spa), even the glass doors of the saunas are so dirty they looked foggy. I was afraid to touch anything. My husband went for a massage and they gave him 4 dirty towels. He asked them to replace them. They also let people in the pool in regular clothing when the rule says they must shower first. Nobody really cares about anything. What is worse: the Dead Sea in front of the resort is full of trash too, anything from beer bottles to carpet, sun beds and shoes. I saw locals throwing away soda cans while walking on the salt flats. This place needs a serious clean up at the hotel (from hygiene to better management) and at the beach. By the way: people are serious phone addicts here, people behind the front desk can’t put their cell phone down, everybody is texting and facebooking while talking to you and doing business with you. This is how welcome and important you are.

Good location. Great staff. Excellent food. Rooms have great view to the Dead Sea.

Everything was great... They even arranged for great weather 😊

Location and amenities were tops. I would use them again.

Staff was rude and unaccomodating. They overcharged because they were to lazy to help regarding misplaced visa receipt while admitting that other hotels wete more accomodating. Smoking near pool kn violation of law and posted signs, but they didn't care about the health and safety of their guests, nif even the law. They followed some rulds and not others, simply out of laziness and lack of concern.

Food was good Room and hotel in general was very good. Attractive and clean. Lovely mirror set with view of pool. Pool was beautiful. Didn’t like the blaring music in pool area that also reached my room Staff was just ok. Not that helpful. Some couldn’t speak Hebrew or English.

dining delight, caotic crowd management, resulting in less than ideal customer attention/service

Stinks. Hotel staff not helpful. Old rooms. Beach far away. Thank you very much

1. Not sufficient parking place, especially in weekends. 2. I received a "Twin room" instead of the reserved "Double room", and when I tried to change it, at the front desk noted that I booked the only for one night, and according their opinion there is no substantial difference where to spent one night - in double or in separate beds. 3. There are not enough wall outlets in the room. 4. The rooms are very noisy due to the deafening music from the pool. 5. The beach is quite far, and rare shuttle brings you only halfway. You can not change or leave used towels on the beach of the hotel - you must return to the hotel with wet towels in hand. 6. The variety and quality of food at dinner and breakfast was not appropriate for a hotel with so many stars.

Terrible Staff Don't speak English Never there to help Always wanted to overcharge

I stayed only one night. The room was very big and clean and the breakfast was very good. Only check in and out took too long.
