A pousada possui um dos melhores custo-benefício de Tamandaré. O prédio não é novo, mas bem conservado e limpo. No check in o Cícero foi super atencioso, já no checkout a senhora que estava não era muito simpática. Quarto espaçoso, cama um pouco mole. Ar condicionado e tv novos. Banheiro ok. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Localização muito boa, pé na areia na região central de Tamandaré.

Cheguei de madrugada e avisei pelo app que iria chegar depois do horário do check IN. O atendente Lucas me atendeu super bem, muito atencioso. Aí fomos subir pro nosso quarto, quando tivemos o primeiro problema: O hotel tem 3 andares e não tem elevador, somente escadas, você tem que subir 2 vãos de escada para chegar no 2 andar. Quarto limpo, arrumado. Mas o segundo problema: Tinha reservado no app uma cama de casal, pra minha surpresa, eram 2 camas de solteiro juntas. Como estava de madrugada, e estávamos cansados, não falei nada. No outro dia falei com a recepcionista, que não sei o nome, e ela disse que o hotel estava lotado e que não tinha como mudar a gente de quarto, somente no domingo se a gente quisesse. E não mostrou nenhuma vontade de nos ajudar. Fomos para o café da manhã, para uma rede tão grande e tão renomada de hotéis, achei o café da manhã muito simples, quase não tinha opções, não faziam tapioca. Todos os dias era o mesmo café da manhã, nunca mudavam nada, sempre as mesmas opções. Estrutura precária e pelo jeito, eles não tem a pretensão de fazer nenhuma reforma.

Melhorar condições de instalação e limpeza

Quarto não estava limpo, chão cheio de areia, vazamento pia do banheiro molhando todo o chão, ralo do Box entupido, torneira de abertura do chuveiro elétrico toda envolvida com fita isolante, porta de acesso ruim para fechar e abrir, instalações muito antigas, acesso muito ruim, rua toda esburacada, cheia de lama e escuro.
