It was a bit far from Kumamoto city area, but the room was spacious and onsen was pleasant. Took a train from Tamana station to go to Kumamoto castle.

It is the biggest hotel in Tamana Onsen. Our room was big and comfortable for a family of three. The hotel has its own onsen though just crossing the street there is a one of the biggest onsen in Western Japan.
