Great little hotel!

The room was very clean, staff courteous and helpful at every interaction. Location worked for us with amenities nearby. Very close to a transportation hub.

Hope for service improvement

I stayed for four nights. While the price is quite reasonable for the services and the facilities conditions, I would like to share the areas for improvement. Hope the hotel can raise the quality. 1. CleanIng - I noticed dust is attached to wall inside the room and could be wiped out and cleaned. For four days during my stay, the dust stayed the same so wall cleaning should be added to the routine checklist. 2. No iron - The service does not include iron in the room. 3. Car Parking - there is no car parking at the hotel and hotel located 5 min walking distance from the nearest coin car parking. Hotel offers 10% discount parking coupons, they should state that clearly in the service section of their homepage. I did not know the discount service until I asked for cash exchange my 10,000 bill to 1,000x10 bills at the front desk for paying the fee at the coin parking because the coin parking does not take bigger bill other than 1,000 bill. 4. Noise from next door - maybe the wall is not thick enough, I could hear a guy staying next door snoring during the night and that bothered me. I also could hear the sound of small movement. I do not think there were many people staying the hotel during my stay, they could have from assignment to offer better customer experience.

Good for price, tough location

It was a reasonable stay considering the price (5,600 yen). Pretty typical business hotel quality in Japan. The location is tough to get to, though, if you’re driving- parking is about 1/2 k away down a hill. The train is about 3/4 k away.

Thin walls ...

Walls are very thin, we had a rowdy group next door and they kept going way after midnight, also the bath leaked and we had our bathroom flooded, had to change room in the dead of night. Breakfast was good though, very versatile.

Good but distant from station

Although hotel itself is not brand new, it was clean and comfortable. However, it's distant from the nearest station so I can't recommend elder people especially when you have a big luggage.

Great hotel, the approach to it can be a bit tough

The hotel was great and very reasonably priced. The only thing that may represent any problems is the hill you have to go up to get to the hotel. I had read in the reviews beforehand, that the hill was a bit of an ordeal, and have to say with two suitcases and a rucksack to carry, on a really hot day, this felt like an army assault course. Also not helped by my finding the back of the hotel, not the front entrance. If you are asthmatic of have painful joints for walks, you might find this a problem. As for the actual hotel itself, I thought it was great. Wonderful value, and the room was excellent.

まず、永山駅近くとは言いますが、辿り着くのがすごく大変でした。 22時頃永山駅に到着。 道順はすぐに分かりましたが、階段が凄く、、 重いスーツケースを持っていたので、担いであんな沢山の階段を登るのはとても大変でした。 冬なのにホテルに着く頃には汗だくになりました。 次の日に、大きく迂回するスロープがあるのに気がつきましたが。。ホームページに書いてくれてあればわかりやすかったかな。 また、ホテルの中もエレベーターまで行くのに何段か階段があり大変でした。 お風呂は臭く、お部屋も換気されていない感じがしました。部屋自体には換気扇が無かったです。 ただし、スタッフさんの対応は良かったです。 朝食も良かったです。
