Villa Trois Lauriers is a contemporary 5-star property for eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The location really couldn't be much better - just a walk from the banks of Lake Annecy and the charming village of Talloires, the Roc de Chere nature reserve and the Lake Annecy golf course. The medieval town of Annecy itself is just 11km away - a quick car journey and a very scenic bike ride.

And you're also close to the mountain resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod - summer or winter there's a great choice of sports and activities that will keep you busy.

The property itself is both practical and beautiful. Three double bedrooms, two of which are en suite, and a wonderful bunk room for children with books, games, a TV and table football.

The open-plan living area has a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy in winter but in the summer you'll want to open the doors to the sunny terrace and the beautiful outdoor pool.

WIFI, cleaning, towels & linen included.

IMPORTANT: the pool is available from May 1 to October 15. However, should you book a week in early May or late October, we strongly advise you to contact us to check the pool availability for your dates. The villa is located in a residential neighbourhood. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and at night. Please note that a security camera is installed at the front of the chalet and only monitors the property entrance. It can be disabled upon request during your stay.



Before arrival, the property owners require all guests to complete a €1,000
security deposit card authentication for any damage or excess cleaning that may be identified after departure.

Memorable family getaway by Lake Annecy

The villa was a perfect base for three generations to explore Lake Annecy and beyond. The villa was really well appointed, had everything needed to make it a home from home, and Tom and Grace were attentive and helped organize additional activities to make it a truly memorable holiday. Unforgettable Family Getaway

This was the second time we stayed at this villa, and it did not disappoint! It is absolutely beautiful and very convenient for two families vacationing together. The kids loved the pool, the walks to the lake, and the great facilities nearby. The property managers, Grace and Tom, went above and beyond to make our week memorable, with great tips and by organizing excursions for us.

The property was excellent, exactly as in the photos, it was extremely clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and comfortable, with a really nice balcony to sit out and have a meal in the evenings with a glass of wine.The location is brilliant, a walk to the village, with the pizzeria 'Grano e Orza 5 minutes' walk from the house

Spacious Villa with Excellent Hospitality

Villa Trois Lauriers is a splendid property, offering plenty of space for a family of 6 to 8 people, with beautifully designed living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It has a lovely terrace and swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and would be very happy to return. Excellent reception and great support from Grace and Thomas.

A very pleasant place to stay

A very pleasant place to stay, a short walk or cycle ride from the Lake. Comfortable bedrooms with a large open plan living area. Pool is a good size and was fine for swimming despite being unheated. The OVO Network hosts were friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Stay at Villa Trois Lauriers

Our stay at Villa Trois Lauriers was amazing. The place was beautiful and exceeded expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed and more. Grace met us there at check-in and she was really helpful and welcoming. She was always on the other end of the phone when we had questions and gave us lots of recommendations for things we were interested in. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

Tranquil lakeside villa stay

The villa is in a lovely quiet spot minutes away from the bike path. The lake is easily accessible by foot in Menthon (20 mins) or by car to many other points. It was comfortable for 6 adults with comfy beds, great showers, and the added bonus of the sauna. Communication and support from the team at OVO was great.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful week at Villa Trois Lauriers. The villa is brand new and very comfortable. The pool was perfect for all of us, especially the kids. We watched the paragliders from the pool and the deck. There is an excellent bakery, butcher, and supermarket within a 12-minute walk. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and Menthon Saint Bernard is well situated for all kinds of water sports in the summer on the lake, and relatively close to ski areas Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, with a comfortable road there. Communication with Grace was excellent during our stay; she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great week.

Gorgeous villa, nothing left to chance

Fantastic villa. Location was superb. Close to Menthon so easy for morning fresh croissants etc. There’s also a superb supermarket and butcher so basically all you need within 5 minutes walk. The villa is gorgeous and very relaxing to live in. We were 4 adults and a teenager and we had loads of room to spare. Cooking facilities are great and we found it easy to eat at home in the evening after a day out. Check in and out was easy and great attention was paid to our timing. Cannot fault it. We were allowed to check in 3 hours ahead of the designated time which was very helpful. Lots of games, books and extras for the pool. Downside- tiny one - no aircon in bedrooms and it was 31+ when we were staying. We got round the issue by putting down the exterior shutters and opening the windows. Nice and cool by 1am.

Wunderschönes Haus, modern in Ausstattung und Design ,sehr gemütlich und wohnlich. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort , mehrere Terrassen, Pool und Sauna schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder jeweils mit separatem WC. Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dieses Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
