Magnifique!!
Our week long family vacation in Talloires was superb due in large part because of the comfort and beauty of the accommodation. The 4 bedrooms are all spacious, the beds comfortable and the indoor and outdoor eating and relaxing spaces are diverse and beautiful because of the spectacular views of Lac Annecy and the Alps. There is Aircon but we didn’t use it because the fresh air is nice and cool at night. The 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are very functional/ convenient for 6 -8 adults. There is a well- stocked convenience store in Talloires and several restaurants/cafes. The beach and beautiful (lovely to swim in) lake is only a 15 min walk from the property. We did not feel the need to hire a car as buses in summertime are free all along Lac Annecy. Although our family is fit, the 10 minute uphill walk from the beach/bus stop could be challenging for some guests. We would like to thank Stephane, the property manager for his ready and kind welcome, assistance and ease in checking out. Overall a wonderful experience which we would highly recommend!!

Excellent séjour, la maison est super fonctionnelle et les équipements confortable, la situation est très bonne pour profiter du lac et d'Annecy, la vue est magnifique.
Petit bémol sur la proximité du voisinage, pas forcément adaptée pour des soirées festives qui s'éternise sur le balcon....

Week-end 4 couples, maison très bien équipée, bien décoré et très bien placée avec une vue et un emplacement juste extraordinaire. beaucoup d'espace sur les terrasses et à l'intérieur. Plage, port et village accessible à pied en quelques minutes de descente...
