This 97 m² apartment sits on the fifth and top floor of a modern residential building, with lift access. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a distinctive red kitchen and a furnished balcony make it a welcoming base for families, friends and longer stays.

Living and dining — space to come together
Large windows bring natural light into the living area, where a generous corner sofa and additional seating create a comfortable place to unwind. Gather for a film, catch up over a drink or spend a relaxed evening planning the next day’s adventures.
TV, Wi-Fi and access to Go3, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video are included, so there’s plenty to choose from when you feel like staying in.
The dining table sits alongside the kitchen, keeping conversation flowing while meals are prepared. It’s a natural gathering spot for breakfast before heading out, a home-cooked dinner or a slow morning with coffee.
For larger groups, the living room also becomes a sleeping area at night, with a sofa bed and two individual armchair beds.

Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for up to 8
The apartment has four sleeping places in the bedrooms and four additional places in the living room.
Main bedroom:
• One 160 × 200 cm double bed.
• Direct access to the ensuite bathroom.
• Curtains for privacy and a comfortable evening atmosphere.
• Bed linen provided.
Second bedroom:
• Two 80 × 200 cm single beds.
• A practical setup for friends, children or guests who prefer separate beds.

Living room:
• One sofa bed sleeping two.
• Two individual armchair beds, each sleeping one.
For groups larger than four, some guests will sleep in the shared living room. This arrangement works well for families and friends who are comfortable sharing communal space.

Kitchen — cook at your own pace
The bold red cabinetry gives the kitchen its character, while the generous work surfaces make preparing meals straightforward. Whether you’re putting together a quick breakfast or cooking dinner for your group, you’ll have the equipment for everyday meals.
The kitchen includes:

Full ensuite bathroom and separate toilet
The main bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower, giving you the choice of a quick morning rinse or a longer soak after a day out. It also includes a toilet and vanity, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer provided.
The full bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. Guests staying in the second bedroom or living room will therefore need to pass through the main bedroom to use the bathtub or shower.
A separate toilet with a washbasin is accessed from the living room, so it can be used without entering either bedroom.

Furnished balcony — an extra place to unwind
The spacious, private furnished balcony extends the living space outdoors. Its covered seating area, table and wood-lined surroundings make it an inviting spot for breakfast, an afternoon read or an evening drink.
Look out across the surrounding residential neighborhood, enjoy some fresh air and take a little more time over your morning coffee.
Everyday comforts and longer stays
Air conditioning and heating help keep the apartment comfortable throughout the seasons. For laundry, there’s a washing machine with a drying function, plus a separate drying rack.
An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also provided, making it easier to travel light and keep up with everyday routines during a longer visit.
Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay. The dining table offers a convenient place to open a laptop when needed, although the apartment does not have a separate dedicated office.
Two private parking spaces
Two private spaces in a parking structure are included free of charge. They’re particularly convenient for families or friends arriving in separate cars, or for guests planning day trips beyond Tallinn.

Shared outdoor spaces
Guests have access to the building’s shared playground and communal outdoor areas. Younger guests can enjoy time outside close to the apartment, while bicycle parking beside the building entrance is useful for those exploring on two wheels.
