The hotel is very close to old town bars and shopping. It is down a side road next to a hostel, which has some characters outside all the time. I heard nothing but music playing until about 5 am. Bring ear plugs if you stay here! There were strands of long black hair in my "clean" towels (I'm blonde), which was gross. The big positive was that the water pressure and temp were both good and the heater was very warm. If you just need a place to sleep after the bar, it will work for you. Ifyou want to get quality sleep, I'd stay somewhere else .
The only down side was noise at night. Sounded like trucks and construction work until 3am. Also the exterior was a little dark and not as safe feeling as some other areas.
if you are traveling on a tight budget and you are not looking for luxury this could be your hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was some of the friendliest people in Estonia. My room provided no amenities. No coffee pot, 1 English television station and it was not even news. Breakfast was typical travel breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel was good and about average price. The location is good just outside the city walls and a five minute walk from the city tour stop at Viru.
