Wunderschönes Hotel, dass großen Wert auf Service legt. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (2&4 Jahre alt) und haben uns durchgehend wohl gefühlt. Alle sind freundlich. Es ist sehr ruhig, also nichts für partysuchende. In der Gegend gibt es nicht viel, was uns nicht gestört hat. Perfekt zum relaxen. 1 Pool für Erwachsene und ein kinderpool direkt am Strand. Strand selbst ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer liegen in einer tropischen Anlage. Mit Moskitos muss man rechnen. Es wird aber 2 mal die Woche Spray gesprüht. Die Anlage selbst is durch eine Straße 2 geteilt. Die Straße ist nicht stark befahren und war leicht zu überqueren. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Absolutley loved our stay. Staff are very attentive, they will look after you and help with anything. The room itself is stunning, even better on an evening. Its 15 minutes walk to the beach and night market, or a free shuttle to the beach. Nice quiet resort where you can simply relax. I would absolutley recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Kata.

The room is absolutely beautiful & the hotel is kept very nice beautiful plants in the grounds etc. Unfortunately the restaurant staff in this hotel let it down. It feels very impersonal with the tablet ordering system, it’s very hard to see in the dark & it isn’t explained very well. Also they don’t give you time to look through the menu & seem to stand over you, which makes you feel like you have to rush to decide. Breakfast is a let down, staff not attentive, have to ask for table to be set up & then ask again to have a tablet to order an omelet. Dinner staff made us feel rushed & then after ordering we were told we couldn’t have what we had ordered & could only order pizza as the hotel BBQ was available. Then our main courses arrived that we had originally ordered but no starters. So had to then cancel the pizza. There was a show on that evening & missed most of it because I was to busy trying to order food. Finally as beautiful as the terrace & plunge pool was in our room, we did not make use of this as trees around it totally blocked out the sun. So we had to go to the beach. We booked hotel this because of the private terrace.

Das Haus im wunderbaren Jungel mit Privatpool waren perfekt. Das Essen war nicht ansprechend angerichtet (Kühlschrank). Das Personal sollte besser, professioneller geschult und geführt werden, da dies doch ein 5 Stern-Hotel sein sollte und die Leute im Service sollten besser englisch sprechen. Der obere Pool und die Palmen sollten beleuchtet werden. Die Klimaanlage im Fitnessrsum hat nie funktioniert. Die ca. 30 Krabbenfischerboote (ca.im November bis Dezember) machen ab 6 bis ca. 9 Uhr morgens einem riesen Krach. Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmt deshalb nicht.

This was an absolutely incredible stay and a perfect place for us to get engaged. It feels quite like the resort in The White Lotus, but without any of the bad or weird bits! Beautiful garden villa room with private pool, amazing facilities, lovely central pool overlooking the beach, you can wander straight onto the beach where the sea is so warm, really great breakfast and dinners, excellent spa - I could go on and on. Also, the staff are all the most hospitable people, but special shout outs to Palm who sorted lots of things for us during our stay, including our private beach dinner, and Kent who looked after us during the dinner. If you are considering this for your holiday - stop considering it and just book it right away.

The hotel decor was very unique with teak wood decor. The 2 bedroom villa was a great size and the front desk staff were friendly and helped me book james bond island tour. Why i rated the store average is because my room was full of ants. They came to remove it but just out spray and that was about it. No room change or anything offered. One of the beds wasnt changed and was obvious so house cleaning came to change it but had attitude. The restaurant was the biggest joke. The staff are not experienced. Food was average at best and you are waiting for over an hour for food and they dont all come together and is cold. They get peoples order wrong and also i noticed every table had something wrong. My advice will be to reduce the menu offer so that they can make few things but great things. In my 17 days in thailand this was the worst food i had.

Traumhaftes Hotel aus Holz im thailändischen Stil, etwas abgelegen. Sehr schöne Zimmer/Villen mit eigenem Pool in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit Liebe zum Detail, mitten in der Natur. Toller Sandstrand. Faire Preise auch für das Essen für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
