Our home is your perfect Taipei home base! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with a sofa in the Living Room which can serve as a 3rd bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twins while the master has a king size bed. Laundry on site. The property has a kitchen, standard size dining table, (4) chairs, & baby chair. WIFI Internet throughout and TVs are in the living room and master. The master bathroom has a bidet toilet seat, bathtub, and shower. The guest bathroom has a shower (no tub). The property is in a quiet neighborhood with superb public transport and access to the Four Beast Mountains and Song Shan Feng Tian Gong Temple, arguably the most beautiful temple in all of Taipei.

This property is for monthly rental only. 30 days rental or more in adherence to all local laws.

However, by your 10th day of your stay, if you're not fully-satisfied with your stay at our rental, then you can pay 1/3 of the months' rental fee (50,000 NTD) plus a 10,000 NTD cancellation fee and terminate your stay at 10 days. Likewise, between your 10th and 20th days of your stay, if you're not fully-satisfied with your stay at our rental, then you can pay 2/3 of the months' rental fee (100,000 NTD) plus a 5,000 NTD cancellation fee and terminate your stay at 20 days.
