The lobby was nice. Staff were nice. But the rooms were dirty and the hotel was run down. The beds were too hard.
The room was cute and comfortable. The bed was very big and also very firm (I like firm but if you don't ??) The staff was good except for any kind of early check in, 3 PM strict. The WIFI in my room went out and it took them a day to fix, but they did fix it. I loved the area, very walkable, great park nearby.

The lobby area is great - very hip, lots of snacks and drinks available. There is also a kids playroom and a laundry room, which was very nice. However, this doesn't extend to the rooms. The rooms are pretty shabby, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. The few staff members that we interacted with were great, but there were a ton of staff members milling around that didn't seem to be doing anything or willing to help guests. If you are staying one of the inexpensive, windowless rooms, I think this hotel is worth it. But if you are paying more to have a room with a window, I would have preferred to be somewhere with better service and cleanliness.
