We traveling Taiwan so many times, this is the first time I stay here ,I feel like home, all the supplying so nice,so sweet even though the slippers they prepare two colors let my boyfriend and me can tell different.also all staff of the reception so friendly, polite and professional~so next time I go Taiwan this hotel definitely is the only choice ~

Stayed here only just for two nights, which is has enough. We are made a reservation and we did not know that our room will be tiny window and against to another building wall (mean non window) so we are solve by paid for room upgrading which is much better, room is quite small than we through but good for a couple days then check-out, we are ask for late check-out yes we have to pay for extra even we ask just one hour late, after we paid for 3 hour late check-out, they asked us to change to another room smaller below down. Is quite not convenient to us to pack and unpack then pack to Airport, room facilities is simple nothing special or negative, service Staffs is good attention. And if you like to stay here please make sure your room have window and higher floor.

Hotel is located nicely with metro stop within few minutes walk. From there you can even walk indoors to the main station. Staff is very polite and does their best to answer your questions. Breakfast has few warm dishes that were not the same every day. One of the containers for warm dishes didn't have a lid on it so food in that one was cold on both occasions. Also some of the food stuff were not topped at the end of breakfast hours. Remember that many guests that are on holiday want sleep late. Deluxe room had a small balcony. Could have small chairs on it so you could sit there for few beers in the evening. Good water pressure in the shower. You need more shelves in the bathroom. Now there is not enough places to put your stuff on. Overall a good experience.

I work for Hotel Technology and travel for 200 days in a year, this is my second stay at Dandy property and i must say it is THE WORLDS BEST HOTEL for a business traveler like myself, The location is strategic with MRT, Family Mart, Restaurants at walking distance. The best part is the Staff, extremely friendly and helpful, if i walk into the hotel 10 times in 15 mins they will all stand to show respect, this is unbelievable courtesy. They also keep small munch cookies and snacks every day for free. There is no way of I travel to Taipei again i will stay in any other Hotel, I am in love with the property.

We didn't realise that Dandy is a chain of hotels...until we arrived at the Daan Park branch having seen it when staying at Rido down the road ,only to be told they had no room for us! However, even though it was totally my fault they paid for a taxi to take us to the correct one-top marks for customer service to the receptionist. The correct hotel was around 15 minutes away in a more 'downtown' setting than the Daan Park hotel. We entered the cool foyer area with quirky features such as 7 dwarves positioned up the stairs, and were greeted by the pleasant girls on reception who spoke ok English. We asked for a room on a high floor (It seemed to be 4 storeys) but the hotel was full so we were given one on the 2nd floor. It was a very nice room-good size, nicely decorated in contemporary style and, unusually for China, with a balcony overlooking the busy side street the hotel is situated on.We didn't notice much street noise with the door closed but needed ear plugs with it open. The hotel had a good sized bathroom with large walk in shower- everything was very clean and modern. The bed was large and comfy and we slept well. The hotel had a free laundry service which we used with assistance from the helpful receptionist. One downside of the room was that it faced a 24 hour Seven11 store and with the lights on, customers could see straight into our room as they sat slurping their noodles. However with the lights off it was rather dark on the gloomy November day we stayed- we therefore had to draw the curtains. A higher floor room wouldn't have this problem- it's for that reason alone I'm giving the hotel three stars rather than four. In summary, a lovely room, clean modern hotel and helpful staff, only let down by the low floor and location on a busy city centre street.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety to cater to both asian and western taste buds. Selections included congee, braised pork, rice, asian dessert of the day, coffee, tea, cereal, vegetable dish, salads, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. I stayed in room 203 which was conveniently by the stairwell right above the lobby. It rained most of my stay but I left feeling warm thanks to the welcome and care I received from this hotel. Will definitely be back!

This is my third time staying at Dandy hotel. Have to say they have the best service and biggest smile around. Being a small hotel they make the best effort to know everyone who stays at the hotel. Brought my parents along this time to Taipei and they love the experience they had at the hotel. They are very helpful and efficient. My Dad ask one of the staff to do some online purchase on the day we arrive at 10 pm. To our surprise the items was delivered and received the next day. Excellent!!!! The rooms are well equipped with all the necessities and free wifi are provided in the whole hotel. Most importantly everything in the room are functioning well, from TV to water kettle and to hair dryer. Rooms are cleaned up daily. In short the hotel staff's friendliness and thoughtfulness enhanced the whole staying experience. Will be looking forward to my next stay at the hotel. Thank you Dandy Hotel!!!

Unfortunately, it rained everyday during the week of our stay. We checked in late at night and the reception staff, Kimmy, helped us find a place to eat. We didn't have our bearings yet so he even walked us to the restaurant and helped us order. Thank you Kimmy for your care and concern. We booked an Elite room, the room was small but had a larger than average bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! It was so nice to soak and be massaged by the jets, after a full day of walking and touring. There were lots of very good Taiwanese restaurants near by. The staff of the Dandy were very helpful in recommending where to eat. Breakfast was an 8 out of 10 depending on your food preference. There was always fresh fruits of the season on the buffet. 24 hour coffee and/or tea with biscuits or crackers and a pastry as you return from your daily activity on the lobby desk AND "Large Cup Noodles" available for your rumbling tummy late at night. This hotel puts effort in delighting their guests! Note to the "Shy Traveler"... do not hesitate to ASK assistance for anything... the staff will always be there..... as if waiting to assist you. Will I book again in the future?......YES, if the room of my preference is available - the Premier Elite. PS: For Peanut Butter Addicts...the peanut butter served during breakfast......Well, I bought and brought home 2 bottles, available at the front desk....YUMMYyyyy.

I love to stay at the Dandy Hotels. I stayed at the Daan brach some years ago. The services were impressive. I have always wanted to stay at the Tianjin branch but most of the time it was fully booked during the weekend. This is my first stay here. It feels comfortable to stay here, the Elite Room is large. Close to the MRT station and airport bus stop. Staff helped me to carry the luggages and see me off in front of the hotel under the rain when I took off by taxi. Very good experience for me.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Service is excellent and respectful. Breakfast are full of choices and varieties, most important good taste. Room is clean and big. Laundry room is a bonus. Hotel location is nearby to Taipei metro, 2 mins walk. We arrived at 7:30 am. We were offered free breakfast. A little more to gain a lot. This is the type of hotel that we will come back again. Thank you Dandy hotel staffs. You guys are wonderful.
