All staff wonderful, cleaning staff, handyman and reception staff all very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful to have free laundry facilities with detergent provided. Had a great 5 night stay in an Elite Room. Although it was smaller than expected, it was spotless every day, and the staff went above and beyond! They wrote hand written notes with recommendations on where to go and were so helpful with every question I had. The location is great, only a block and a half from Taipei Main Station and the MRT. There was tons of food and shopping options around the hotel too.
