It’s a small room. But v clean. Staff is nice. In the room was coffee tea and water. If you need more, there is a community hosting area on the second floor where they have cold milk tea as well. They also have instant noodles at night if you need a snack. Toilet seats are warmed.

This hotel is very convenient for travelers as it is located next to the Taipei Main Station (exit Z6 or Z8 is the closest). Please be mindful that the place is not comparable to a giant luxury hotel so if you are looking for a large room with many accomodations, it would be best to look elsewhere. However, it is a good choice if you need a place to rest up before your next adventure. Also, the staff are very friendly and super helpful. A huge shoutout to Abbey!! 🐸🥰❤️ She personally hand written notes to me with recommendations on some Taipei attractions and also a goodbye letter 😭❤️. If anyone from CityInn Hotel management may be reading this, please give Abbey a raise!

Amazing stay in Taipei

I truly enjoyed my stay at this CityInn by Taipei Main station. The location is perfect, right by the MRT/airport line and plenty of food and shops nearby - with a Family Mart next door. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for 4 nights. It wasn't big by North American standards, but that's not an issue for me. There was a TV, desk, and roomy bathroom. They provide water and even offer free drinks, cup noodles, and laundry services. The check-in time is strict in Asia, so don't expect your room to be available early. However, they do have luggage storage services. The staff are what makes this place stand out and why I would stay here again. They're very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat or visit. They always greet you with a smile. A big shoutout to Abbey who was very thoughtful ! Thank you so much for being so nice :) Anyway, I highly recommend staying here!
