Summary:

Limestone Ridge is a large, family sized holiday house that features a generous deck overlooking the River Murray corridor.

Sleeping up to 16 (12 Adults, 4 Children in the bunk beds), Limestone Ridge will suit the active family or a group of couples that want to experience the wildlife, fishing, boating, skiing and recreational options that come with a break on the River Murray.

There is a common lawn area and boat ramp on the rivers bank approximately 100 metres from the house.



The Space:

With 5 double bedrooms, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and living area, a separate games room, a private courtyard and spacious deck - there is plenty of room for large groups and entertaining no matter what the weather.



Bedroom 1 (QS) - The Master Bedroom has an en-suite and walk in robe and overlooks the river corridor.



Bedroom 2 (QS) - Is also located at the front of the house over looking the river and deck.



Bedroom 3 (QS) - Is located to the south side of the property.



Bedroom 4 (QS + 2 Singles) - Is our family retreat and perfect for parents with young children.



Bedroom 5 (2 Bunks - suitable for children + Sofa) is the perfect child / teenager retreat and is set up games room style.

The fit out is modern, comfortable and can cope with extra guests.



Guest Access:

Located on the 'Bend', this property has sweeping, panoramic views to Mt Barker, Tailem Bend and Wellington. Limestone Ridge provides guests with a strong understanding of the once mighty River Murray. Located 5 minutes from the site of the future SA Motorsport Park, this property is easy to find and is accessible to the Coorong, Lower Lakes and River Murray region.



Pets are allowed with owner approval and must be kept outside at all times, should there be pet hair inside the house, an extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged automatically.
