It was a lovely property but no communication with the property manager. Got stuck in the gate lock was rusty and they said they couldn't come help and it is what it is

Wholesome weekend

We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure! All of my adult children and grandchildren spending a wonderful weekend together. The house was suburb and suited our needs

End of year holiday

A group of 7 adults stayed in this beautiful property. It was an end of year/summer holiday for our participants. The house was beautiful, quiet, peaceful and very spacious with great views over the river. It was in a great location and close to many of the attractions. Despite the weather we had a great time.

Nice property, nice spot

Great accomodation, great spot. Unfortunately with the flooding we’re not able to use river/lagoon which was a shame as that was the whole reason for the stay. Plenty of other things to do, pool table, lots of games etc. Really enjoyed our stay.

Could use a good clean

Quite disappointing considering how much paid per night. The inside of the house was not clean, arrived and floors were dirty, could feel dirt when walking around as soon as we got there, marks on them and could see foot prints, bathrooms looked like hadn’t had a wipe over, so much dirt and dust lying around. Food scraps through dishwasher, dirty kitchen items. Cob webs in most rooms. some of bed sheets had marks on them like they were used but not washed. Stayed for Christmas, fridge was empty but freezer was full so could barely use it. It’s like the place had been sitting or used by friends or family and just got the this looks fine, let’s just put some towels out and it will do. Unsure how it wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival especially with how much they charge per night. Just adds to the hassle pre check in when we were over charged and had to chase for a refund, no sorry we over charged you or ideas on when we would be refunded. Just give us your bank details. Overall disappointing and unsure I would stay again or use the realty.

Serene River Stay

The Big Blue holiday house is amazing. Soon as we entered we knew it was like a home away from home. There was everything there so if you do forget something don't worry they have it covered. The views are beautiful and we all enjoyed the ever changing sunsets. The house is well set up and the decor is modern clean and comfortable.The outside is well cared for and the area is peaceful and tranquil. We definitely would recommend this place and look forward to going again.

Fantastic escape to the River.

Fabulous Property with everything that you could want on the River, including private boat ramp. We really enjoyed our stay with all the creature comforts that we're used to in our home, excellent bedding, TV's in all bedrooms, billiard table, huge balcony and lots of room throughout with easy access to the river. We took our boat and had a great time. We will definitely be back in the warmer weather for more Barbies and skiing. Cheers, Mick C.
