app上所提供的停車位有無並未清楚標示，造成我們住宿旅客及櫃檯服務人員困擾，最後服務人員願意以收費300元的方式讓我們停車，也很感謝當天的服務人員。 整體來說，這應該是一個不愉快的經驗，下次會盡量用別的app訂房，以免造成大家困擾與衝突。

傲慢服務態度極差毫無隔音

櫃檯服務人員態度極度不好，白天樓下施工噪音很大，房間毫無隔音效果，早上08:40分還在睡覺，服務人員直接解鎖入內，尚未退房如此對待旅客毫無隱私，商旅人員處理方式非常糟糕，員工教育訓練不足，主管道歉說明誤闖房門並非只有我們遇到，之前也有其他客人遇到相同事件，如有想要入住此商旅的消費者，請把隨身物品放好!

出差兼帶小朋友台中兩天一夜遊

整體環境很舒適，還有台中鳳梨酥等小點心，雙人床偏小，小朋友1.5歲睡起來蠻擠的，若是大一點的小朋友建議選四人房。離逢甲夜市很近，非常方便，但又在巷子裡，不會有夜市與大馬路的聲音，很棒。
