Great Room for Romantic Getaway

The room was good size and fittings and supplies very good quality. Perfect for couple romantic getaway but not for family and business due to its "Motel" setup.

I recommended not for family stay, found out this is love motel short short timing. When i check-in the person siad unable to find my booking we waited for 20min then they found my booking. Everyday have to check-out at 12pm and check in at 6pm.

Terrible service to multiple time returning guest

I stayed multiple times at this motel at regular business trips in Taichung and was always very satisfied before. However, this time the experience was not acceptable for multiple reasons at once. When checking in late after a busy workday, the build-in speakersystem of the room had a defect and there was a constant static noise despite being turned off. I had to go downstairs to get maintenance help who disconnected the speakers, but causing an uncomfortable loss of valuable sleeping time after a tiring day. There was no apology nor change of the room to make up for this. Secondly, at check-in the reception announced that breakfast will be delivered to the room, as the buffet being closed due to the Covid pandemic. Yet, in the morning no breakfast was brought to the room. When I complained about the missing breakfast, I was told it is not being included in my rate. After I showed the booking remark "including breakfast", I was told there is no breakfast offered at all at this time, which contradicts the staff notice at check-in and also goes against the booking reservation as advertised online. Again there was no effort from the hotel staff to make up for this inconvenience.
