Located right on the shores of Lake Wooten, you can easily access its private beach and take the provided paddleboard for a ride! Enjoy beautiful seclusion and delight yourself with unparalleled lake and nature views from the comfort of your lakefront deck, complete with an outdoor dining area and beach loungers. This retreat also features a ground-floor patio with another dining area, impeccable lake views, and an in-ground firepit.

Upon entering this quaint home away from home, you will encounter a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the sleeping area, kitchenette, living room, and dining area. Unwind with your loved ones in the inviting living area, featuring comfortable furniture throughout, a wood stove, a large smart TV with streaming services, and plenty of DVDs to choose from. When you are done watching TV, hop over to the well-appointed kitchenette and treat your guests to delicious homemade snacks or full course meals. There is a mini-fridge to keep your groceries and goodies nice and fresh. Other appliances include a full-size stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. In addition, you can find a stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Additional amenities include a partial AC unit and free high-speed WiFi.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
