Great accommodations & location

Our military family member on deployment had a one week break. Her wish was to spend time in Tahoe. This was a great get away for her. We all loved our stay there. Thank you.

Great spot along the western side of the lake

Really comfortable spot. Lots of room in family room, big kitchen table, stocked kitchen and comfy beds. May need to drop a pin on your phone to find the location… missed it a couple of times returning but good parking and safe spot.

Winter get away

Great little place to stay for a few nights. Perfect size for 3 adults and very clean. Only down side was the central heating unit was right next to the master bedroom and was very loud. I would recommend shutting this completely off at bed time so it doesn’t come on and disturb your sleep like it did for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen remodel and eating area are lovely. However, everything beyond that is in bad shape. The floors were dirty, the carpets stained and dirty, the bathrooms in need of help and the bedding old. It may be appropriate for a different population, but we found this place in dire need of some attention.

The house was a good size for 8. Parking area was packed with snow and with an inclined parking this was not ideal. The sofa bed in the Livingroom was full of mouse feces. There was a mouse that came out at night and ran under said sofa bed (I think he lives there). This needs to be cleaned ASAP especially when you have children that will stay in the home.

Lacking basic amenities.

This property is in a nice location but I would not recommend this rental. There were minimal plates, no pot or pan lids, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for 3 days. The dishwasher is not properly secured. The laundry room is inaccessible and outside the residence. The rental agency also provided the wrong code for the lockbox upon arrival. Find a better alternative.

Nice place for a family vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location for a snow trip to Tahoe - Homewood and a Snow Park within a short drive. Lots of snow made it a bit challenging to find the driveway. Quick response on a weekday to problem with the dishwasher - management sent someone out right away. No place to sled or play in the snow right next to the cabin. So much snow that it had piled up next to the lockbox making it more difficult to access. Good assortment of kitchen & dining implements to be able to cook our meals there - West Shore Market was only 10 minutes drive and Tahoma Market & Deli was less than a mile away. Could have used a chair in the bedroom downstairs - and luggage racks would be a nice perk since I don't unpack for a two night stay.

Emerald Cabin is spacious with plenty of beds for the kids. Parking area is at an incline so parking can be an issue when it is packed with snow. Overall great little cabin.

Lovely cabin in great location on West Side of Lake Tahoe

We walked to the beach in Sugar Pine Point State Park with the kids, perfect relaxing day away from traffic. Dogs are allowed on the paved paths of the park and there is a beautiful path right at the door. Cabin is well appointed, tastefully remodeled, with good beds and all amenities. The alcove with a tipee and some puzzles was a big hit with the 3-year old.

Access to property

Access to the property was kind of hard all information was wrong. I was told to get the key from lock box but there was no key. I had to call and got a code to open up the door same thing for the laundry. The tub in the downstairs bathroom looked ugly it needs to be fixed I couldn’t take a bath

Great Lake Tahoe cabin!

This is a very nice property which has been recently updated. It is beautifully furnished, has a great kitchen/dining area, and offers lots of room. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the Tahoma Market and the lake.

Nice Property

This was my first Vrbo experience and overall it was good. The property was easy to access and clean upon arrival. I travel the world on places like this and this trip was with family to have a relaxing weekend. Compared with other fee structures of other competitors, this one had quite the addons and fees that I personally think is a little misleading. Over all it was still a good, at best, experience.

Any issues was managed in a timely manner by the management team. Only downside is that due to the extreme heat, and lack of ceiling fams it took a while to cool the house down at night.
