Great location and clean house. Easy to get in and check out.One bedroom upstairs has no vent. It was a warm July and we couldn't sleep in the bedroom. 2 fans provided with the house but no screens in the window.We asked the manager if there was a highchair and pnplay. They said no but they were in the house when we arrived - took up a good bit of our packing space. Asked about delivery from Amazon or groceries and they said "don't do it." Really didn't want to get involved in helping us out. Notified them of the temp problem in the bedroom. Not much they could do anyway without a vent in the room but told us about fans and to keep the curtains closed during the day. Notified them of trash in bear box when we arrived and they resolved but unclear on when it would be resolved (we eventually learn it would be two days later - not a problem but could have easily been clear on the initial resolution). Lots of requests for forms, acknowledgements and reading manuals.Towels were a waffle pattern - very absorbent but scratchy.We had a great time and it is a great property and location - very clean. Upstairs second bedroom is not workable in the hot summer months.
