Moody Lakeview End Unit Condo #21

This end unit Rocky Ridge ski lease condo is close to the lake view pool and other amenities. It is a comfortably decorated mountain getaway, very nicely decorated condo that has all that you need for a long winter stay. Upon entering you will find a half bathroom and a closet for your winter gear. Off to the side is the well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room with new granite countertops and farmhouse sink. From the kitchen, you enter the dining area with a wet bar. Separated from the dining is the living room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace in a rock surround. There are two sliding glass doors in the living and dining area that will take you out to the deck where you can enjoy the outdoors and views of Lake Tahoe. Up the stairs you find the first of the of three guest rooms, this room has two Twin beds. the next guest room is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The shared full bathroom is just down the hall. The third guest bedroom is next to the master and has a Queen size bed. The Master features a King size bed, private full bathroom, large flat screen Tv and small deck. There is Wifi. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Great retreat with view of the lake

The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed for four day recharge trip. The check in process was a bit clunky as the lockbox was open when we arrived and no key was present. After locating the property management phone number, we were giving instructions to the spare key.

Home from home with a stunning view

We loved this rental. The house was well maintained and homely, and with 8 guests ranging from early teens to 50's it had space for everyone and everything we could need. Walkable into town (if you don't mind the climb on the way back!) and sitting on the balcony admiring the view was ultimate relaxation. We went in winter and the leisure facilities were closed - but we were there for the skiing anyway. I can imagine it being a great place in the summer too with the pools and beach access.
