This house was beautiful inside with great amenities. The backyard patios, furniture, and hot tub were great. The lot itself was large and beautiful.
What I did not like about the property is that some of the front deck rails had rotted and were broken, so the deck was closed off with mesh with signs advising us not to lean on the rails. My feeling is that this was a relatively simple, but costly repair. I had grandkids, so we could not use the front decks.
I would not consider this place as being walkable to Tahoe City, unless you are in good shape. It’s about 1.5 miles to downtown.
Fix the deck railings, and I have no complaints. Again, this is a beautiful home on a beautiful lot.
