We own all 4 units in the private, gated property. One other unit accepts guests and other 2 are closed for private use when family go (rarely) to Tagaytay. Open spaces may be shared if there are guest in one other unit, otherwise the whole place is exclusive to you.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.
